A note from the founder...
Hi, I’m Reina — the founder and fingers behind Ottotto. I was born in Japan, grew up bilingual (Japanese and English) and lived in 4 continents between the ages of 8 and 18. No matter where I roamed, crafting was always a part of my world. When my son was a year old, I picked up sewing to create a custom jacket for him. When my friends saw him in his tiny, bespoke jacket with patches, they wanted their own. And so, Ottotto was born.
Ottotto means “oops” in Japanese — and that’s what this journey is for me: a happy accident. One that I wouldn’t change for the world.
